Peanut butter protein smoothie
You don't like commercial protein shakes? Then you should definitely try this smoothie with peanut butter
Ingredients for 4 serving (s)
· 4 medium-sized banana (s)
· 6 medium-sized dates
· 1 l chocolate oat drink
· 5 tbsp oatmeal
· 1 pinch of cinnamon
· 5 tbsp peanut butter
· 5 tbsp peanuts
preparation
1. Cut the bananas and dates into large pieces.
2. Put in a blender with the chocolate oat drink, oat flakes and cinnamon. Puree on a high level to make a creamy smoothie.
3. Then add the creamy peanut butter and mix everything up again.
4. Divide the smoothie into glasses. Chop the peanuts and sprinkle over the smoothie.
Protein shakes with banana, berries and mango

· 3 ice cubes
· 100 g mango (s)
· 0.5 medium-sized banana (s)
· 100 ml milk
· 100 ml vanilla yogurt
· 30 g of whey protein powder
