Avocado Salmon Bread
Ingredients for

1-2 tsp peeled sesame seeds
- ·
2 thin spring onions (approx. 40 g)
- ·
lime
- ·
ripe avocados (approx. 400 g)
- ·
salt and pepper
- ·
4 slices (80-100 g each) Whole wheat bread with grains
- ·
6 slices (approx. 150 g) smoked salmon

Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove immediately and let
cool. Clean and wash the spring onions, pat dry and cut into fine rolls.
Squeeze the lime.

Halve the avocados, remove the stone and remove the flesh from the skin
with a spoon. Drizzle the avocado pulp with 2 tablespoons of lime juice, season
with a little salt and pepper and mash lightly with a fork.

Brush bread slices with avocado pulp and cover each with 1 1/2 slices of
salmon. Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.
